Procedure For New Vocational Training Centers

The fee and Sharing pattern is as follows:

  • Affiliation Fee – Rs.22,000 /- (Non Refundable)
  • Additional Course Fee – Rs.3,000 /- (Per Course , Non Refundable )
  • Renewal Fee – Rs.5,000 /- (Per Years)
  • VTC Name Change Fee – Rs.5,000/- (Non Refundable)
  • VTC Location Shift Fee – Rs. 5,000/-(Non Refundable)
  • Registration cum Exam Fee - Rs. 1,250/-(Per Student / Per year)

How to get Approval

Fill the application available online and send the downloaded copy to us along with the copy of the following documents.

  • 1. Payment through DD or Online Transfer.
  • 2. Building agreement (Rental/Own).
  • 3.Institutional Registration document (Company, Partnership, Proprietary, Private Ltd, Public Ltd,
  • etc, if any..).
  • 4.Two Passport size photograph of the owner.
  • 5. Rs 50/- stamp paper two nos.
  • 6.Payment should be made as Demand Draft in favour of Director, Bharat Sevak Samaj Chennai.
  • 7. Send all the details to BSS Office Address.

Approval Procedure

  • 1.On receipt of the above document centre will be inspected by BSS Officer.
  • 2.On receipt of the satisfactory report from BSS Officer, MOU will be sent from Head Office to the centre after verifying a payment details.
  • 3.Centre should sign the MOU and send it BSS Office.
  • 4.Centre affiliation certificate will be sent along with the signed MOU by BSS Head Office.
